Shear

Scrap Processing & Shearing Machines are heavy duty machines, extensively used for cutting re- rollble scrap (beams, channels, plates, rails, rounds, angles & squares). These are used at scrap mills for preparing rolling stock in appropriate shape and size for re-rolling. Extremely useful in scrap processing yard to cut scrap into pieces and at induction melting furnace, the machines includes shearing blades that are made using optimum grade steel.

Alligator Shear

The Alligator Shear Machine is a resemblance to crocodile and the two blades move like jaws of the reptile. Assortment of gear material for pinions is done according to the operations i.e. light, medium or heavy. The horizontal or vertical scissors are used for cutting cracked ends or fishtails at the time of rolling. The electro hydraulic overload guard ensure safe and secure usage of machine.

Baler Shear
